What is the delivery time/turnaround time?
10-14 working days from the date you place your order.
What is the maximum number of pictures per page?
There is no limit to the number of pictures you can have on each page of your photobook.
What is the weight of the paper used in the photobook?
Our standard paper is 170gsm.The lay-flat paper is 216 gsm.
What resolution do my photographs need to be?
200 dpi minimum, but we would recommend 300 dpi.
Windows initialisation Error: Could not create the application support directory
This is related to a permissions rights issue within Windows when running an .exe file, it can easily be resolved by enabling the Administrator account. Click the link http://bit.ly/9ac4Q to find out more.
Unable to proceed with payment returns you to account login screen?
In some cases this can occur within Internet Explorer, we recommend copying the URL (http://process.photobooksstore.co.uk/?fsaction=Order.initialize&ref=0123) from the web browser and pasting the URL into another browser Firefox , Google Chrome.
Nothing happens when I click "Continue" button and the button becomes "Grayed Out"

Unable to extract the content from the downloaded zip file
This requires a small free program to unzip the files Winzip & click the "Download WinZip Now" icon.
Application not responding
In this instance we would recommend uninstalling the software, restarting the machine and re-installing the software.
